The Festival of Quilts, Birmingham UK- NEC, Birmingham August 14-17th 2008 - OK, good news for Europeans and Brits in general as we have our very own fabulous quilt show to troop along to...stuffed with workshops, artist-in-residences-displays, competitions and SHOPPING!
SG is well represented at the show by both ARIO (local girls from the welsh valley (!!!)Karen and Fiona will be demonstrating in their usual unique and approachable lovable way), and also by BANANABLU from Holland (SO now is a good chance for all european shops looking to get hold of SG products to have a chat with Peter & Janine at the Bananablu All-for-Myself stand).
"THE PAINTED SURFACE" - The first edition of this book is now SOLD OUT, and limited to any copies still held by stores. Thank you so much to everyone who has bought this book, we really appreciate all the feedback and support, and will be producing a revised edition in the future, so apologies if now you cannot get a copy.
